RIchard Mignault


Richard is a seasoned HR and business executive who has lived and worked globally for over 30 years. His strong international business and multi-disciplinary experience in HR Management, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, Operations Management, Project Management, Business Planning, Change Management and Information Technology provide his clients with a wealth of knowledge and skills across many lines of business. He has worked with such organizations as Hilton International, Scandinavian Airlines, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Carnival Hotels and Casinos, IGT Services Inc., and The Culinary Institute of America; bringing a rich host of practical experience to the table.

Richard has been responsible for actively leading corporate reorganization and restructuring efforts; expanding office locations both domestically and internationally; directing and coaching large management teams; and implementing technology and systems based solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. He has successfully facilitated numerous strategic planning exercises; working with teams to find innovative and cost effective approaches to ensure operational success. He has significant experience in policy development project and process management and corporate communications. Born and educated in Canada, Richard has dual citizenship with the United States and is a graduate of Lower Canada College in Montreal, Quebec and the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. He currently resides in New York and Palm Springs, California.

Martin Lowery


Martin is an adept business professional with 30 years of international experience in both corporate and operational roles. His expertise is focused on developing high performance leaders and teams, leadership and organization development consulting, executive coaching and facilitating results-driven meetings around the world.

Martin has distinguished himself in these areas having worked in senior leadership capacities within a number of progressive and dynamic organizations such as Sony Pictures Entertainment as Senior Vice President of Leadership & Organization;  The Apollo Education Group, one of the world’s largest education companies as Chief Learning Officer, and within Hilton Worldwide  

in a variety of operational and corporate roles, ultimately serving as the Chief Learning Officer for the company. 

He has travelled millions of miles facilitating executive and management team development and learning experiences in over 30 countries. With a deep interest in cognitive and neuroscience, Martin utilizes the latest research and state-of-the-art psychometrics and facilitation techniques to ensure a comprehensive approach that optimizes group output and performance.

Martin was born in the United Kingdom, educated at Clifton College and then the University of Surrey, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Hotel & Catering Administration.  Martin is now a Citizen of the United States and also carries EU/UK and Canadian passports. Martin resides in Palm Springs, California.

Victor Gielisse


Victor is an all-round business executive, educator, entrepreneur and accomplished Certified Master Chef. After running his own highly successful restaurant in Dallas for many years, Victor translated his lifelong passion for learning and education into a new role in higher education. He played a significant role in the growth and evolution of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), helping shape the world-class education programs as Dean of the Culinary, Baking, and Pastry Studies Program for the college’s bachelor and associate degree programs.

Victor Gielisee served as Managing Director of the CIA's Consulting Group, and as Vice President of Advancement & Business Development, in which he led the CIA’s most successful Capital Campaign in history. Victor is one of 70 Certified Master Chefs (C.M.C.) in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) and a Doctorate in Business Administration (D.B.A.) from The School of Administration and Management of California Coast University. He is holds graduate diploma from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.

Victor's knowledge and experience in honing operational efficiency is his trademark. His extensive international career has taken him literally around the globe as an industry leader, visionary, and strategist with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Mark Mattek


Mark is a human resources and talent development professional with 15 years of experience in senior leadership positions. He specializes in building leadership and team capabilities, with a focus on group dynamics and in-the-moment coaching based on his education and training as a therapist.

Mark is a certified coach with a passion for helping leaders get out of their own way to advance both their business goals and connection to their personal purpose. He uses behavioral insights to increase awareness, resulting in self-discovery and a strengths-based change management plan with built-in accountability measures. He brings extensive coaching experience in communication skills and executive presence with senior personnel from the airline, entertainment, technology, travel, financial and education industries both domestically and internationally.

Mark's extensive experience spans the airline, entertainment, technology, travel, financial and education industries in 11 countries.

Mark has served in leadership positions at American Airlines, Sony Pictures Entertainment and the Apollo Education Group. Mark has a Masters of Science in counseling and an undergraduate degree in psychology.

Terri Eastaff


Terri is a passionate and highly motivated HR and Training & Development executive with forty years experience in Hospitality and Service related fields on an international basis. Through her accomplished career, Terri has literally touched every area of HR and People Management. Amongst her many successes as a hands-on practitioner she has achieved enormous success both as a consultant and as a corporate executive within the global environment. Known for turning strategy into reality and vision into action, Terri specializes in pro-active leadership development, executive team building, strategic service delivery and employer branding across cultures, languages and differing values.

Terri has held Senior executive roles within Hilton, Radisson and InterContinental Hotels Group, covering Europe, Middle East, Africa as well as The Americas. Her early days as a manager within the airline industry round out her extensive service industry experience.  

Terri also works with the higher education community and industry to secure, develop and retain talent across borders, cultures and languages, currently chairing the International Advisory Board to The Hague Higher Hotel School (University) in the Netherlands - an acclaimed world leader in the field of business hospitality education across all sectors.

Working with business leaders at a strategic level to define and deliver targets through their people, Terri mentors and coaches individuals so that they may develop themselves as well as their teams to ensure optimal success.

Raquel Rubio Higueras


Raquel is a creative and engaging senior leader with over 20 years’ experience leading and developing people in a variety of roles in HR & the People-Culture function in the hospitality/service industry. Raquel is also the founder of Art2BeHuman, an organization and social movement with a purpose to build a more conscious, connected and hospitable world. Raquel specializes in partnering with corporations, non-profit organizations, business schools, communities and individuals to create cultures and environments where people feel safe and able to fulfill their full potential.

Raquel holds a BA Hons in Business and Hospitality Management and a Masters degree in HR & Development. In addition, she is a certified executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, a qualified Sophrologist and a certified Holistic Health Coach. 

Raquel takes her positive outlook on the potential of humanity, and thrives when playing an active role in inspiring and empowering people to take personal accountability for the decisions they make in their everyday lives. Her work focuses on building self-awareness, personal responsibility and empathy as the path to create successful relationships and achieve desired outcomes. 

A global global citizen, Raquel has lived and worked in a variety of locations including the UK, Continental Europe, South East Asia, China and the Americas. She speaks Spanish, English, French and German and remains always curious about learning and understanding more about the world we live in.

Jeff Monford


Jeff is a hands-on communications leader with diverse experience that includes technology, consumer products, economics, finance, biotech, pharmaceuticals, consumer health, non-profits, and other sectors. He has developed messaging that positions companies, products, technologies, leaders and experts to their greatest advantage. To ensured stakeholder engagement, Jeff has reached reporters and producers, investors, customers and employees with compelling information suited to their particular interests. He has served as both an individual contributor and a leader of teams handling public relations and all forms of marketing communications. 

Jeff has counseled C-suite executives; developed crisis/issues responses and plans; drafted countless materials; produced numerous videos; oversaw graphic design of publications, signage, and digital assets; developed and implemented social-media strategies; and arranged events. He has held in-house and agency positions responsible for building and safeguarding the reputations of prominent organizations and enhancing their internal cultures. Matthew Walton


Matt is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience. He has worked in global companies supporting employees across multiple states and offices within the hospitality, aerospace and consumer product sectors.  His background and expertise include compliance, employee relations, benefits, employee engagement & culture, performance management, ethics and incentive plan design.

During his tenure working in Human Resources, Matt always had a passion for food and the desire to own his own business. With a family recipe in hand, he successfully launched a popcorn company from his home kitchen that made it on the shelf at Whole Foods, Target and other local and national retailers across the country.  His entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen provides his clients with a unique advantage; offering advice and solutions from both a human resources and an owner's perspective. Matt holds a Business degree from Michigan State University, The Eli Broad College of Business.
